COLMCILLE HERITAGE CENTRE
Saint Colmcille as he is reputed to have born in Gartan, near Letterkenny, around 521AD. The St Colmcille Heritage Centre in Gartan contains exhibitions about his life and also shows how beautifully illustrated early Christian manuscripts were made.
